Image rights

Emperoro publishes images under licences that permit editorial reuse, or under fair-dealing reporting where applicable. Every image carries a caption, a credit and, where required, a licence reference and link to the source.

Filing a takedown notice

Send a notice to emperoroapp@gmail.com including: your contact details; identification of the copyrighted work; the exact URL of the material on Emperoro; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature.

Valid notices are actioned promptly. Material may be removed or replaced while a notice is being assessed.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was an error, send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was mistaken.
